The goal in any revision is to improve your results, but preoperative pictures or an exam would be necessary to help formulate a plan.
Ideal candidates are at a stable weight, in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions. Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells. Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.
Thank you for your question. Your results are more dependent on your chosen surgeon's ability to sculpt you body, shape and enhance the buttocks as opposed to how many rounds. This is as much a technical as an artistic operation. The more sessions you have, the harder to collect fat due to the previously scarred areas. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
Dear CreamBodi, the results of BBL depend on a number of factors (preexisting shape and size, amount of transferred fat, fat viability, etc.). Fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into the buttocks as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area. it's probably less about what round you're on and more about which surgeon you choose to do your surgery. of course during a second round, there is already added fat in the Buttock so it is easier for the second surgeon to address volume, transitional, and convexity issues. im sure your surgeon understands what this means and you are in the right place. Similar to hair transplantation, the more sessions you have, the closer you can get to perfection.Often when we see buttocks on the Internet with beautiful bbl results like video vixens etc. it is quite likely that they have had two or three or more procedures to get these results. we will never know, but sometimes this creates expectations for patients that may be impossible to achieve.Hope this helps and good luck with your surgery!

Thank you for your question and photo. Unfortunately, this single view photo you almost sitting with your buttocks on the legs is not very good to give you advice. Photos without underwear showing the buttocks, the back, waist and hips from the back and side would've been helpful for assessment....
You could consider revision if you are completely healed to improve shape and irregularities.Kenneth Hughes, MD
