Had necrosis after BBL. Now 5 months post, will I be able to get a revision? (photos)

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

You could consider revision if you are completely healed to improve shape and irregularities.Kenneth Hughes, MD

You should be fine for a revision at 6 months following the original procedure.  Revisions are often more difficult than the primary procedure so make sure to go to a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience.

Sorry to hear of your complication. Yes it can be improved by an experienced surgeon. The fat necrosis can be removed and the volume difference can be improved. Best

It should fix your lumps and give you better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. sorry to hear about your shopping cart accident. However I'm not convinced that that is the cause of your necrosis. In any event, you could have a revision. The right side of your Buttock has what's called a blowout which means there is fracture of the connective tissue internally causing a bulge and this could be treated with additional fat grafting. The left side has less projection than the right presumably due to the fat necrosis. A revision bbl  is in order and you could have a great result. Hope this helps best regards
