Answer: Drop and Fluff Hello,You sound a littler ridiculous, quite frankly. Your new implants have filled your chest, but you complain as though he neglected to place implants at all. You need to be patient and let your implants drop and fluff. If you are not happy at 6 months, you wouldn't have been happy with 550 cc implants either, a 6% increase. Best of luck!

Answer: BA results Dear smtowngrl,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 3 weeks post op. Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Answer: How long will it take for my final breast augmentation results to be seen? It's typical for patients to be unsure of their satisfaction with their breast augmentation results early on. This is because the muscle and breast tissues are swollen and stretched and not yet "used" to the implants being there. The tissues need to relax (some call this "settling and fluffing"), which allows the implants to be less compressed and drop into the natural curvature of the breasts. The difference between 520 and 530 cc is negligible and not the issue here, although good communication about the exact number of cc's of an implant is important before and after surgery. Implants over 500cc are considered large so it is highly unlikely that you won't see a good amount of augmentation from these but the degree of change depends in part on how large the breasts are preop. Be patient with this process - as the implants settle and fluff, you will see more fullness in the center and lower parts of the breasts. By the way, your preop photos do not look like a small A cup, which goes to show you that bra sizes are notoriously inaccurate when it comes to discussing breast volume. Good luck - it is early and you need to be patient for the healing process to move forward.

Answer: Not looking like 530cc breast implants. Did I just pay for nothing? I do understand your frustration. However it is very important to understand that the overlying tissues have compressed your breast implants and pushed them higher than they will eventually be. Over the next 3 months there are implants will gradually drop into position underneath the nipple areola and enlarged the breast much more than you see now. I predict that once the implants are dropped into position he'll have a beautiful result and certainly be a Double D cup especially at Victoria secret. Please try to be patient.
