I am 5.4 and weight 160 pounds and consider my self a b cup am trying to get the breast augmentation a 450cc implant I would like to know if this will be to big on me or if a should consider getting a smaller size an very confused.
Answer: Breast implant size/volume The implant size/volume depends on what your goals are (which cup size you want to become) and the current amount of breast tissue you have, chest wall shape, skin elasticity, etc. Without seeing a photo it is not possible to guide you as to which implant is right for you. Consult with a few plastic surgeons in person for an exam and review of your options.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Answer: Sizing Please note that implant size and bra cup size do not correlate exactly. Different bra manufacturers vary. I suggest speaking with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.Regards,

Answer: Breast Implant Sizing Hello,Subjective proportion is not for us to determine. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in all forms of cosmetic breast surgery. What's important is minding your anatomic limit based on biodimensional analysis. If you want to see what 450 cc looks like, get sized in the doctors office. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation, 450cc Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. It would be helpful to know your individual breast measurements in order to give you accurate advice about implant size selection. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Breast Size It's hard to determine size without examining you but based on your height and weight I think the volume could be appropriate. I recommend seeing a plastic surgeon for consultation to help pick a size.
