It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Your doctor can also help you wash your beard area if it is an issue.  You should not just pull out the scabs.

There is no such thing as scarless surgery.  FUE harvesting method will leave a scar.  Some people may scar less than others but they will still scar.

If you have issues after your surgery it is best to contact you doctor.  In rare cases some people may experience hyperpigmentation which may last several months.  Please follow up with your doctor.

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "redness" you should contact your doctor to resolve the issue.  It seems you are doing the right thing. Sometimes it takes time for the redness to subside.

You may dye your beard and go back to the gym 6 weeks after your beard transplant. There is no risk for the grafts anymore.

It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.
