Hello please someone tell me if this is a typical result of vaser lipo ? I had my tummy, flanks and thighs done, inner and outer and a little on my knees. I am now 3 months post op and I see no change. My stomach looks deformed and protrudes in places. My thighs look like a bad photoshop image, all wobbly and one thigh looks bigger than the other. I was hoping to see some changes by now but I look the same as before. I've seen other people's results and they look great ! What's happened to me?
Answer: 3months post VASER liposuction why is my stomach deformed and my thighs look horrendous and I look fatter? Thank you for your question and photos. Unfortunately, you do not have a good result and as the swelling resolves might look worse. Again, it is not the tool (VASER), but the poorly trained surgeon using the tool and not understanding the underlying anatomy. When you buy a Ferrari they don't just give you the keys and wish you good luck. They train you to learn about the capabilities and nuances of the car. Your surgeon should've been trained on the appropriate use of the VASER. The VASER is not the culprit, but your surgeon is. Your midsection is easier to correct to create an athletic hourglass shape, but the thighs will present some challenges. One has to reestablish the normal anatomy before any of the non invasive modalities can be used to tighten the skin. The slight natural groove on the lateral thigh which divides the anterior quadriceps muscle group from the posterior hamstrings muscle group was made into a canyon in your case. This needs to be grafting with fat to diminish this deformity.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: Results 3 months after vaser liposuction Thank you for providing photos for reference. 3 months is too soon to see results because some swelling and bruising may persist. It varies greatly between patients. Final #results can usually be seen up to 4 months later as the swelling continues to diminish and contours become more defined, but improvement will continue for 4–6 months as swelling and irregularities resolve. These contours can even improve throughout the year after surgery.Excess #skin would usually shrink back over the area of the body but we now have a number of non surgical devices such as #ThermiSmooth radiofrequency and #VelaShape 3 to help tighten skin after liposuction for patients who will benefit from this additional care. Also, be sure that you follow your surgeon’s instructions as to caring for yourself during #recovery (such as wearing garments or lymphatic massage), but if you have any concerns at all about your healing process, do not hesitate to contact your surgeon. I hope your concern was addressed. #RealSelf100

Answer: Liposuction Results & After care includes RF treatments (Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra) Cellutone/zwave, hyperbaric oxygen It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: You need vaser high definition liposuction You need vaser high definition liposuction to be performed by a specialist; Your results don't look like they have been performed properly. But I do caution you that a physical examination is necessary to provide you definitive recommendations. You will also need Cool Helium Plasma skin tightening to be performed synchronously with your revision.

Answer: Liposuction Early Less than Optimal Results: What can I do? Good Day. Thank you for your question, narrative and photographs.Your results are not optimal at present, however, the end result takes 5-6 months from the day of surgery. Your abdomen may improve by the use of nonsurgical and noninvasive procedures such as VASERshape ultrasound therapy or radio frequency (RF) devices such as Venus legacy. These devices can absorb fat and further skin tightening.Your thighs appear that more fat was removed in certain areas. Unfortunately, this usually does not improve by noninvasive device treatment and may appear worse as the swelling resolves.Worst case scenario, if revision flank and abdomen fat removal is contemplated, the fat can be harvested, processed for purification, growth factors added (PRP) and stem cells to enrich the fat, and then grafted into area where excess fat was removed.Continued follow-up with your surgeon is warranted with consideration for these body contouring nonsurgical devices. If you consider a revision is the future, maybe a second opinion is warranted.
