Is it safe for the glue to be coming off 5 days after the surgery? (photos)

The glue the surgon put around my areoles is coming off and it's only been 5 days since the reduction. I'm calling him tomorrow to make that's okay but I can't sleep because I'm worried it will cause damage to the areole or even it falling off...

Thank you for your pictures.  In my opinion, you would be a good candidate for a modest reduction and a breast lift.  This would help resolve your complaints/concerns and give you a good shape and size.  Please consult with several board certified plastic surgeons.

Hematoma. Can I use a hot water bottle for the pain or is a cold pack better?

In my opinion, if you have a hematoma it needs to be immediately drained. If not drained, this can lead to infection. You should focus on getting back to the plastic surgeon.  He if she should attend to this hematoma. This will improve your pain.

9 weeks post breast reduction and feeling very frustrated. How long does it take for tunnelling wounds to heal?

The "T" junction is notorious for wound breakdown.  The wound healing time varies from person to person. 2-3 months is a good estimate of healing time from the initial wound. Please continue to see your plastic surgeon.
