Can I Get a Button Nose with Plastic Surgery?

Kimberly_frost
I have a round tip with a straight bridge. The tip of my nose kind of slopes down, I'd like it to be more turned up. I'm able to achieve the look I want for a few seconds by pushing my nose up a bit, or contouring my nose by drawing a somewhat curved line between the tip and the bridge using makeup. I want a button nose. Being that I'm already able to achieve the look I want by just doing that I feel like it's probably possible to get the kind of nose I'd like permanently with surgery. Can it be done?
