Tooth Pain Following Rhinoplasty?

I am 2 days post rhinoplasty and am due to have a filling put in in a week, 9 days after surgery. At the moment the tooth is quite painful, am I risking anything by waiting to deal with the tooth?

Even two months out from a rhinoplasty there is persistent swelling. However breathing should be substantially recovered. You should have your surgeon examine you nose to see if there is some other issue or some other potential treatment.
