Tooth Pain Following Rhinoplasty?

As long as a dentist is not put undue pressure on the nose during extraction there is no contraindication.

The pain may be from the way you were either intubated during surgery, or if you had another device to keep your mouth open (it is temporary)

Additionally, it could be from the fact that you need a filling

Your results should not be affected with dental work after a rhinoplasty

You should proceed in having your dental work done regardless of a recent rhinoplasty. One does not affect the other and you do not want to risk having the dental problem turn into a tooth abscess.

There should be no relationship between your rhinoplasty and dental work.  You should be fine to have the dental work at any time.
