1 of my butt implants is in pieces...my dr well known and certified no longer performs the procedure and will not give me any answers...i dont feel i should have to pay for this surgery again what can i do?

If indeed your implant is “ruptured” (and confirmed by an MRI exam) then it will have to be removed and replaced with a brand new one. If you were otherwise happy with the look before it fractured into pieces, then it should be a relatively simple straightforward removal and replacement with a new implant…but not necessarily free of charge, as this is a case by case basis that needs to be discussed/negotiated with the operating surgeon. Well, if your implant is in pieces, first you need to remove the implant, it’s really important to do that, you can change the implant if you want or remove both implants, but it’s a surgery, it’s a procedure, you need to pay to the doctors to perform the surgery, it’s a team, and this it’s nobody’s fault that you have this trouble

You MUST seek out a specialist in this procedure. Unfortunately, surgery costs money and you will have to pay a fee for revision and replacement. Please be sure to choose a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for their work in the medical community.

Hi and welcome to our forum!Unfortunately I did not receive a photograph. Your first and best option is to return to your plastic surgeon and allow him / her to evaluate the problem. Many physicians will offer reduced rates for surgical revisions. Seeking care from another physician will most likely cost considerably more. Although your doctor no longer performs buttock augmentation, will he offer a revisional procedure as it is a complication of the original surgery?I don't think you can get a procedure for free as there are significant costs involved and the complication was not of the surgeon's doing.Best wishes...
