Well, if your implant is in pieces, first you need to remove the implant, it’s really important to do that, you can change the implant if you want or remove both implants, but it’s a surgery, it’s a procedure, you need to pay to the doctors to perform the surgery, it’s a team, and this it’s nobody’s fault that you have this trouble

If indeed your implant is “ruptured” (and confirmed by an MRI exam) then it will have to be removed and replaced with a brand new one. If you were otherwise happy with the look before it fractured into pieces, then it should be a relatively simple straightforward removal and replacement with a new implant…but not necessarily free of charge, as this is a case by case basis that needs to be discussed/negotiated with the operating surgeon.
