Took MDMA (extacy) pills 3 months after rhinoplasty. Have I damaged my nose?

I took some MDMA pills 3 months after rhinoplasty and am worried if I was suppose to stay away from it. Did i damage my nose or postponed my healing time ? or does It not affect my nose at all? Thank you.

There is no contra indication to taking this supplement. Another supplement that is often taken  to reduce bruising is Arnica; but again there is no specific evidence that it works. I encourage patients to take Arnica as it does help some patients.

Rhinoplasty for boxed tip and thick skin can be done with refinement of the tip and excision of subcutaneous tissue. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

Indentations after rhinoplasty were likely associated with the dorsal hump takedown which you received. Irregularities at the cartilage nasal bone border can become apparent as early as 1 - 2 months after rhinoplasty. They will not likely improve and so a revision may be necessary. I would...

While it is possible to augment or build up the lateral side walls of your nose, I would first address your concerns with your surgeon.  Based on the limited photos, the dorsum does not appear to be overly narrowed.
