If you were treated with a temporary gel filler like hyaluronic acid this should be examined by your physician. Rarely, HA injections may lead to an indolent infection called a biofilm. usually injecting the nose is easy and no complications are involved. I do think you might have a blood flow complication, I recommend to take medication and let me know
