Had an anchor lift w/ implant exchange & Galaflex 7 mo.s ago. Left implant is lower that right. A lot of skin still on both breast & in between. Surgeon says there is nothing he can do. Will another anchor lift help? I was 44 when I had the procedure.

Answer: Plastic surgery assessment To make quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. You have lots of skin elasticity due to age and your surgeon is correct. Unless you want visible scars on your breast itself I think this is about what you should expect from the outcome. In the picture it looks like your right breast has bottom out a bit. This is unfortunate. For Most people the left breast sits naturally a bit higher than the right side. If you want a proper second opinion consultation that I suggest scheduling those is in person consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community. Other than The implant-sitting low on the left side. I think the outcome looks correct. Mats Hagström MD
