I had a necklift and liposuction 5-1/2 weeks ago to correct turkey neck. As the swelling subsides, I am noticing loose skin again and it is appearing that I will still have a turkey neck, although it is smaller. This is very dissappointing. I see my PS in one week..it is too early to ask about revision/tuck up ?

Answer: Skin sagging again after Neck Lift Without photos it is hard to assess accurately. Unfortunately you may very well have had a skin only procedure. This means that the skin was the only thing pulled and not the underlying structures such as the SMAS and the Platysmal tightening that is typically done with this procedure.
