I’ve been struggling with weight loss for years due to my hypothyroidism. I eat like any normal 21 year old. 90%of the time is good the other 10% when I go out is not so great, I excercise extensively daily but never lose any weight. I’ve gone through countless numbers of trainers, diet programs, drs, nothing seems to be working and now I feel like this is the only thing I can do to. Is this my last option?
