I recently had voluma in my cheeks along with juvederm and Botox around my mouth, but I still have lines at the corners of my mouth. What's the best way to get rid of these lines?
Answer: Fillers for creases or lines at corners of lips and mouth Often the angular lines extending out from the corners of the lips are filled with Juvederm Ultra or Restylane. Very superficial creases can be filled with Belotero but there are some patients whose creases are of such a wedge shape and their skin in this area is dense, that fillers can only do so much. It is important to chose an experienced injector who knows when to stop injecting to avoid the filler from being forced during the injection to the sides of the crease making more ridges that accentuate the valley of the crease. Answer: Improving Deep Wrinkles -- Botox/Xeomin/Dysport/Jeuveau, fillers, fat, RF treatments, Ultherapy, Renuvion, lasers, Sculptra A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone.
