I had a breast reduction 6 months ago and the scarring under my breasts look brown and patchy. It’s the area where all the sutures would have been held together. I started out using scar stickies and then moved to silicone scar gel. Does this look normal? Or is it too early to tell?

You can have a portion of your scars revised to address this. After the procedure closely follow your surgeon's instructions for optimal results. Scar treatments are helpful but it is important to use them consistently.
I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the result of your breast reduction. There is no harm in seeking a second opinion on how to proceed. From your photos it appears you would benefit from a revision to improve scarring and overall shape.
