2 years post op breast reduction, one of my breasts feels swollen and misshapen. Is a revision necessary?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for your question. I am not sure the photo is very helpful. I would say that at 2 years, not sure what else there is to "wait out." Most of the healing and settling should be done by this point and I would say that if you are unhappy with the cosmetic outcome of the surgery and your surgeon is not helpful in that discussion, then it might be time for another opinion.
