Should I see another doctor or pay revision fees for Breast Reduction? (photos)

My suggestion is that you consult with several board certified plastic surgeons, document about their work, ask for credentials and referrals, about your surgery and go with the want you trust the must for the revision. Dear Monicast,
every surgeon has a revision policy. Many involve reduced or even no fees for the surgeon (depending on the situation) while the patient may still be responsible for facility (the use of the operating room, staff, and supplies) and anesthesia fees. Best to go back to your surgeon and have a talk about your concerns again.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the result of your breast reduction. There is no harm in seeking a second opinion on how to proceed. From your photos it appears you would benefit from a revision to improve scarring and overall shape.

Very poor result posted you the photos. Best to seek revision with only private practice boarded PS. Expect revision fees in the $8,000 ranges+++.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note that you suffered from gigantomastia of one breast and hypertrophy of the opposite breast. You presently demonstrate unfavorable scarring as well as contour and recurrent / residual sag. This is not extremely uncommon after such a procedure due to the significant breast asymmetry and skin and soft tissue distortion caused by the significant size of your breasts. There are costs associated with a revisional surgical procedure. Your surgeon has offered a significantly discounted price. 15% of plastic surgical procedures benefit from secondary revision. Choosing a different surgeon will be expensive as you will be a "new" patient.Best wishes...
