The government does not control how much fat can be removed at a single session. At least in any state I'm aware of. However the generally agreed upon amount to remove is no more than five liters
I'm not sure of other states, however, in NY, we may remove up to 5000cc's (5 liters) of fat at a single session. Breast reductions may take between 3-4 hours and the liposuction may add another 2 hours so you should have normal lab values and little or no medical issues (or at least under control) prior to having larger procedures performed. Appears you do not understand the restrictions upon liposuction in combination surgeries. This restriction applies for office based surgery centers only, not for ASCs or outpatient hospital operations. In the latter 2 areas the amounts of liposuction in liters is what the facility would allow. So if you think you need over 1 liter liposuction then why not have your surgery in an ASC or Hospital setting? I know the $$$s are much higher...
