How can I fix my asymetrical butt crack? And is it normal? (photo)

 An asymmetrical buttock crack (or cleavage) at the top of the buttock cheeks is actually not so uncommon. It happens as a very mild malformation of this area during development in the womb. It is possible that it can be significantly improved but first requires a physical exam to see exactly what anatomic elements need reconstruction. It could be something as simple as liposuction to better centralize your buttock cleavage. Glad to be of help.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer, to fix your problem, and I think you'll get very good results.

 This is a mild embryological abnormality which is not caused by anything in particular . When your body developed in the early embryo stage it formed as two halves that eventually joined in the midline. When the two sides came together they did not fuse evenly leaving you with your unique bottom. Personally I would recommend leaving it alone but it could probably be made to look a little bit better with some finesse liposuction and possibly a skin rearrangement procedure. A medical condition called spina bifida  is the failure of the left and right sides to properly fuse over the spinal cord during embryology.  While drastically different it is somewhat similar and it's ideology.  Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
