How can I get my hip dips full and round? (Photos)

Often buttock implants provide the added curve to the "hip-dips" that many patients are looking for.  However this is mostly when viewing from the back side. When viewing from the front side of the body, actual cosmetic hip implants can be placed either at the same time or instead of buttock implants. Unlike buttock implants, which should always be placed under/within the gluteus maximus muscle, hip implants are placed under just the fascia because no significant muscle exists in this region. However, because they are much smaller and lighter, their likelihood of migration is relatively low. Typical sizes range from 120-250 ccs but any size can be custom made and utilized depending upon the patients anatomy. 

In general I consider hip implants to be quite safe. Like buttock implants, they are made of soft semisolid silicone rubber. They cannot ruptured or leak and, therefore, can be left in place forever (unlike  breast implants that require replacement approximately every 10 years). It seems like you can benefit from a BBL. Fat can be taken from many different areas (abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, etc) depending upon the areas of excess and what your goals may be. Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume. I recommend you to schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified  surgeon for proper evaluation.

Dear beautifulmind2014,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks and hips should give you more projection. Hello and thank you for your question. In order to achieve more of an hour glass shape you may benefit from fat grafting to the problem areas. Consider liposuction to areas that have excess fat such as abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, lower back and can use the fat to graft in the areas that are bothering you. Discuss these options with a plastic surgeon in your area.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with fat transfer to the hips and BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

You may want to look into a body contouring procedure that combines both liposuction with laser, radiofrequency (RF), or acoustic therapy to produce the best balance of fat reduction and skin tightening and smoothing for your body type and anatomy. We use a proprietary technique that we call IDEAL Liposuction. First off, all devices and instruments used are FDA-approved. These procedures are usually performed in the office, with only local anesthesia.
