I’ve had 2 dents in my buttocks for as long as I could remember, I’ve tried diet and exercise and it seems I cannot get rid of them, I feel so insecure and it makes me cringe looking at it. I don’t even know why they’re like this. It would help me to know what they are and what options there are to get rid of this

Certain poses can accentuate certain anatomical landmarks on some people. Overall, your photos show completely normal, even ideal, proportions. I would dissuade you from doing anything, as the risk/benefit isn't worth it.
