I’ve had 2 dents in my buttocks for as long as I could remember, I’ve tried diet and exercise and it seems I cannot get rid of them, I feel so insecure and it makes me cringe looking at it. I don’t even know why they’re like this. It would help me to know what they are and what options there are to get rid of this

I think you are a good candidate for autologous fat transfer to correct the asymmetry and deformities.  You should expect a good result in experienced hands.

Usually I would suggest a buttock implant however in your case you would be an excellent candidate for a fat transfer.  If you choose the right surgeon your results could be amazing. Be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in this procedure and is well known in the medical community for it.
