Dear Maria,Your situation can be approved by scar release through a couple of small incisions.   Liposuction can be performed to obtain fat for grafting. The fat can be typically obtained from the abdomen and/or waist.  This will accentuate your buttocks shape.  The obtained fat can be placed in the small incision used for the scar release.  I would advocate that you need a little more volume to the left buttocks as well to restore symmetry.  Price varies but a custom quote can be generated with a consultation.  Best wishes

 Judging from your photo, this may be one instance where fat grahting could work very well. You may need release of some of the tethering bands of underlying scar tissue and placement of fat to not only pump up this area but to prevent the scar tissue bands from reforming. You would likely benefit from fat transfer to the area of dents on your buttocks.  The underlying fibrous bands or scar tissue should be released before the fat is added to restore volume. That area should be overcorrected to account for the approximately 40% of fat cells that will not survive long term.  If you want to increase the overall size of your buttocks then fat can be transferred throughout to add volume.  I recommend you see some board-certified plastic surgeons in your area for an in person consultation.  They can help you decide which procedure is best for you and you can determine if they are the right surgeon for you.
