Hello and thank you for your question. ZO Skin Health has a great lightening cream that can be used during and after your microneedling procedure. ZO Brightalive is a Non-Retinol Skin Brightener. If you already have your lightening product you should wait until the skin has healed, usually on the 7th day.
There is no problem using a bleaching cream after microneedling once the skin is fully healed. I generally recommend waiting 7 days, but everyone heals differently.
