I had a few days ago a 20 minute session with laser Vbeam perfecta for my cuperosis and facial keratosis treatment. My doctor only prescribed a normal face cream for redness and a 50 SPF cream with sun protection factor. But my face still look all bumpy like the skin of an orange. What else can I use to help it heal? For me the treatment was quite painful and skin is still tingly and sensitive
