Should I get Acid Hyaluronic Regenial (0.5 ml) for my nasolabial folds?

In my country, this is the option for treating nasolabial folds. Regenyal 0,5ml But on the internet I cant find much info about Regenyal and I know that 0,5ml is too small quantity of filler for nasolabial folds. Is it true ? Should I find another filler or to use Regenyal ? Thank you

I can't speak to this filler, since it's not FDA approved for use in the United States. For nasolabial folds, I do recommend a combination approach to get the most improvement. I suggest fillers for the folds themselves and to provide anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. My guess is there are many options in your part of Europe that will help treat your laugh lines. In general, most patients need about 2 to 3 ml for a full correction in my clinic. Best wishes.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on Regenial as it is not approved for use in Canada and US. However, dermal fillers are a great option for treating nasolabial folds. The amount needed varies from patient to patient, usually 1 to 2 ml. Often, cheeks need to be injected as well since volume loss to the cheeks area can be responsible for deeper nasolabial folds.
