Good morning, I'm 22 years old (136 lbs, 5' 8'') and I absolutely hate how my face looks. It looks extremely big and round compared to my body, so round that it almost looks unhealthy in my opinion. I was wondering if I could be a good candidate for the procedure, considering my facial anatomy and shape. Also, I was wondering if it is possible to get significant, not subtle, results from this surgery alone, because I'd really like to reduce my face "size" a lot
