Can I workout 1 day after PRP treatment for hair loss?

This is probably reasonable for most treatments.The research performed and the anecdotal evidence would suggest that thickness of hair and density can improve with PRP injections.  The number of sessions as well as the quality of PRP obtained will vary considerably physician to physician.

The answer to this question depends upon the PRP treatment technique  you received. If you received a treatment that does not produce a significant amount of swelling , then exercise 24 hours is acceptable. Should you be swollen and have a significant amount of tenderness, you may need to wait  a  longer than one day. Find a PRP expert. Ask to see photos.PRPHAIRMD.COM 

I recommend following up with your Doctor about their protocol for exercise after your prp injections. Generally, it is recommended to wait 24-48 hours. Prp is effective, but I have a very specific protocol, every 3-4 weeks for 6 months with prp therapy.  I also add in progesterone to speed the healing process.  After that the injections are tailored down.  You should also be on viviscal and other growth promoting ingredients. Best, Dr. Emer

I would wait 24 hours after so that the rush of circulation does not flush the prp out of your scalp from the workout. Make sure you go to an expert who explains post op for prp

Good question. Everyone is different and there are many protocols for PRP Hair Regeneration. I generally advise my patients to wait 24 hours prior to resuming full everyday activities. If there is any remaining tenderness or swelling wait additional time until resolved and then resume activities such as workouts.
