Would fat grafting help? How hard is it to fat grafting the forehead? The middle of forehead ain't tight too much slack please help me figure what wood be the best resolution? Specialist in forehead revisions? thanks

Answer: Forehead issues Were you contracting any muscles of facial expression when the pictures were taken of your forehead?The muscles of facial expression will change the shape and contour of the area since that is what they do.The forehead will also have a unique topography from each person. The outline or the shape of the frontal muscle also varies a bit from person to person.It’s really hard to make an assessment based on pictures if we don’t understand if muscles were dynamic or static meaning muscle relaxed or contracted.I’m not sure you’re gonna get much useful information from posting on this website.If you want to try having one set of pictures with everything, completely relaxed, one set of pictures with you, contracting your frontalis muscle and another set of pictures with you contracting your corrugator muscles.Alternatively, schedule a few in person consultations with providers in your community.I don’t think fat transfer is your answer.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
