Hi! I’m 18 and have a flat philtrum, I don’t know if it’s due to an overbite or the way my jaw is structured but I’d like to have a slight curve to it instead, is there any way this can be achieved?

You may benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

After reviewing the pictures you provided I would suggest two different surgical plans:
