You certainly could get significant contour improvement with liposuction of your abdomen, hips and back. With liposuction of these areas, enough fat would be extracted for a maximum buttock augmentation. You have a different body type( length of waist, hip width) and more skin laxity than the ideal picture you present. Although it is unrealistic to expect  to duplicate that ideal result, you should expect significant and worthwhile improvements.
