Question

I had an consultation with a surgeon here in MN. She in so many words told me the results I am looking to receive are not typical for my body type I views pictures of her work it doesn't seem she removes much fat using tickle Lipo and she looked at my wish pics &said Lipo Alone couldn't have gave the results . a waist no more than 30in a fat transfer at least 800cc's of fat being added to my butt. I'd also like to know how many liters of fat I have in my stomach,waist, and back . Any estimates ?

You certainly could get significant contour improvement with liposuction of your abdomen, hips and back. With liposuction of these areas, enough fat would be extracted for a maximum buttock augmentation. You have a different body type( length of waist, hip width) and more skin laxity than the ideal picture you present. Although it is unrealistic to expect  to duplicate that ideal result, you should expect significant and worthwhile improvements. Best wishes.

Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

good night, with reference to your concerns, you can get similar results, but never the same, because the results will depend on factors such as skin laxity and the amount of fat that can be extracted from the abdomen, back and flanks of fat that can be transferring their buttocks.
