The Vampire facelift involves the injection of filler and the patient's own activated platelets in the area treated. The dormant stem cells are activated and differentiate in new collagen fibers, new fibroblasts and new blood vessels. It is not clear what will happen if there are pre existing cancer cells in the tissue injected, and there are not enough studies to address this issue.

Since your cancerous tissue was removed years ago without recurrence there is no reason to refrain from PRP in your face.  It is important to  protect your skin continuously from future damage with good UV protection and have regular followup with your doctor.
