Even though I'm caucasian, I appear to have this. No one in my family has them so I'm assuming it is caused by an injury to my nose when I was younger that may have prevented it from developing fully (since babies can have it before the nose bridge develops). In addition to the extra skin, I also have a crease under both my eyes. When I pinch the center of my nose the skin around my eyes smoothes out. Also I don't like that the inner corners of my eyes aren't visible.

You do have very small epicanthal folds.  They are not a functional issue and likely just the way you are by nature.   I too would not recommend correcting them as the scars would likely be more obvious than the folds.

Your eyes look normal. You have a small amount of extra skin medially which creates that fold. But removing it may create more issues so I would leave it alone.  If you do have a small nasal bridge, you could build that up with some filler which will also help the crease. The crease in the lower lid is the normal crease under the muscle.

My first question is: how old are you?  In most young people, the folds will soften or disappear as the face develops.  Surgery to correct the problem can be tricky, so I would recommend a consultation with a board certified oculoplastic surgeon to discuss your options.  Good luck!

You have very mild folds which are normal. Don't do anything about them as the scarring will only look worse after.

Your eyes seem to me to be very normal, and there's good symmetry in between.  I doubt what you see is related to any injury - it's most likely your nature.  I would not suggest any operation for a normal looking area.
