Dr. Simmons is an exceptional surgeon, which is why I decided to seek a second round of surgery with him. He truly is a kind-hearted person. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been marred by issues with his staff, particularly Kayla, who has forged my signatures and overcharged me by $2,500. I’ve been trying to reach management for a week, but I have yet to receive a response. As a result, I feel compelled to cancel all future surgeries due to this fraud and the disrespectful treatment from his team. My first experience with the staff was pleasant, making this situation even more disheartening. Now, I’m left to seek a refund for the additional payment I made in advance for May 2026, and I'm still waiting for that to be resolved. I was so grateful to have found my surgeon nearby, only to now feel the need to search for another one because of the management and staff issues. My heart is heavy with disappointment.

Hi Guys, I finally got my Tummytuck. I went to New Life Plastic Surgery because I wanted Simmons. He's "Triple Board" especially dealing with this tummy I needed him. I think all the coordinators suck at this point. I have the 1st Surgery woot woot. He came in we chatted Simmons marked my stomach up and we chatted some more about how beautiful my stomach was gonna be. After he left out the room I wasn't nervous anymore just relax. Then the anesthesiologists came in and left she came back 15mins later and said we have a date lol When I got to the surgery room there was a lot of ppl in there omg and Simmons looked at me and smiled. I just knew i was in good hands. Im not going lie and say i wasn't in alot of pain when i woke up to ppl screaming and shout out to the assistant that got me in the chair. The TUMMYTUCK PAIN HITS DIFFERENT. Today I'm 10 days post op and the pain is getting lesser by the day. Oh I got my drains removed yesterday and that helped ease the pain also. If you pay with Care Credit NL will charge you 600 more dollars so if you have cash it's better.
