Procedure to get more defined eyelid crease/more deep set? (Photo)

Is it possible to make the upper crease more deep so the crease fold looks dark/more defined. I usually see this with people with more hollow eyes. The photos with the high creases iv attached is what Im wondering surgery can achieve. The photos with the un-defined crease is what my eyes look like. What exactly determines how defined the crease looks? Is it the distance between the skin over the fold and the skin below the fold? Using eyelid tape can achieve this to a small extent but is unideal
