Gums Looks Swollen 3 Months PO After Apicoectomy Normal?

not sure if this is a fluid buildup or the way that my gums look but I had my surgery 3 months ago and I've noticed that the gum tissue is still looking swollen and hasn't gone down and look like regular gum tissue and I was just wondering does this or is this looks normal and it doesn't hurt and I have no problems eating more yawning more or kissing but I feel also something is in my mouth like I feel like the Extra gum tissue

I would typically advise  you to seek an orthodontic consult first, but considering that you spent eight years in braces in the past this would not be realistic.  I think that you would have a dramatic improvement with a combination of porcelain crowns, veneers, and perhaps a dental...

Yes, the dentist can can easily help you. There is not much "shaving" that needs to be done. As a child if your top teeth did not meet the oppsong teeth, they tend to over errupt.

Bioclear may be the best and most conservative option for you.  It is additive and usually no amputation of enamel is needed.  I would start with Bioclear and see if that is satisfactory.
