How Do I Find a Dentist That Uses Juvederm for Black Triangles?

I am an adult in braces and I'm going to have 4 or 5 very small black triangles when done. They are small enough that I think I might be a candidate for juvederm as a gum filler, but can't find a dentist with this experience. Also, I have been told bonding is not a good option for this. Is that true?

Hi Patti with "black triangles"....Juvederm is a wonderful non invasive way to close those triangles after braces. I am assuming you live in Overland Park, there is a Dr. John Gordon and a Dr. Carter Davis who are dentists who do botox and most likely derma fillers and would use Juvederm.This is a wonderful way to immediately get rid of those unsightly triangles after braces. If you are happy with your straight teeth, I would not crown or veneer something to just remove the triangle at the gum area. You will lose your nautral teeth and spend a ton of money on something you do not need. Google dentists in Overland Park derma filler and botox and they probably all of have taken a clinical course with Dr. Malcmachmer who teaches these techniques across the country to dentists and their teams. You will find one in the area who does this and go to them for a consultation and price!  you will be happy with your results!

Sometimes even after braces, black triangles happen. This is due to the shape of the teeth near the gum line. The most predictable way to close those areas is with veneers or crowns to change the shape of the teeth at the gum line. Good luck!
