Yes, this is possible. Dental implant are either cemented or screw retained and it would be best to talk to the doctor that placed the implants or a general dentist that works with them to see what would be the best course or treatment for you.

I would recommend seeking out a dental clinic within the community or surrounding areas. Sometimes they can offer financial help. This tooth at minimum needs a filling but can be fully diagnosed after an exam. There is no over the counter options I can recommend, unfortunately. Good Luck

The most cost effective and direct way to improve your smile, closing the gap and improving the length of you teeth would be through veneers. While preparing your teeth for the veneers they can also increase the length of your teeth :)  Bringing photos of smiles you like with you to your consult will help guide the treating dentist to achieve those goals.

Each case varies on protocol. If you are having a crown placed on the tooth in a following appointment then this is just another routine part of the procedure.  

Normally when crowns and veneers are created the centrals are developed to be a bit longer then your laterals. However, if your natural teeth were all the same length when beginning treatment, then the new ones would most likely be developed to mimic them, unless this was otherwise discussed in your consult. Your bite will also be a determinant of the appropriate length. If you are unhappy with the aesthetics, this is something to discuss with your dentist! They would be happy to answer any question you have.
