I agree with your Periodontist. If you do not purposely pull your lower lip down, most often nobody can see the bottom of your lower teeth. If they are usually visible, and the esthetics bother you, then try the more conservative bonding approach.

Bioclear may be the best and most conservative option for you.  It is additive and usually no amputation of enamel is needed.  I would start with Bioclear and see if that is satisfactory.

if that triangle ,you want a very rapid solution, bonding would be a good option, and there its a very minimal setting of material,in between the 2 teeth, and they will look just like natural, but there is always a chance of having those bondings, changing the color due to pigments, in food,this will not happens with veneers, and the only difference, its that in veneers, you will still need to grind some of the enamel,to give space for veneers,

and it takes , 2 appointments, but either 2 options, are great options, and very easy procedures,
