I am a transgender MTF and I'm interested in liposuction/fat transfer to hips?

I really need to get my hips done and liposuction the fat from my stomach is the only place that I can take from. I have absolutely know curves what so ever. What I'm afraid of is getting a infection and something bad happening. I don't need and butt work, just hips, so can you please give me some advice please, Thank You.

I don't hear patients reporting this however, I suggest a topical steroid and moisturizer to the area for now.  If there is significant bruising, pain and swelling this may be dead skin and should be evaluated by your physician.  Otherwise, it should subside. Best, Dr. Emer.

I find that gentle fat extraction with PRP gives the best results.  A localized procedure can be done for this alone.  I suggest only going to an expert.  Price will be dependent on their expertise, and technique.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Do PRP and sculptra injections and avoid any over mainpulation or heating to the area.  there are not many studies that show any significant issue that can be prevented to keep fat after injection.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Four months after fat grafting your result should be closed to stable. You can not expect volume increase in grafted area, possibly a small loss? It is not unusual that multiple stages of fat grafting may be needed to achieve improvement in some patients. In particular in patients that do not...

Great question.  Swelling will range from person to person and the area of transfer and volume.  For one week you will have noticeable swelling.  After this, some swelling could persist for a few more weeks.
