Mons pubis liposuction + lift and TT scar revision after one year post op? Will I have enough skin? (Photo)

Sorry to read about the problems you have had during your recovery from your TT. The photos are helpful to an extant, but an in person evaluation would be needed to formulate the best plan for you.  I am thinking there is enough mons tissue to lift it off the abdominal wall, remove the upper skin layer and bury it under the lower abdominal skin that suffered the loss of some tissue. The entire scar can be redone, expecting a better healed incision this time. Stretching out the mons tissue would thin it out and avoid the need for liposuction in that area. If you are asking about liposuction in other areas, that I don't see in the photos, that could be done if desired.  If you are asking about liposuction to somewhere in the abdomen, I would be inclined against due to the nature of the problem you had last year .Thanks for your question, all the best. 

Your photos demonstrate several issues that you describe.  Your surgeon can examine you and provide answers to your questions that are more exact than anything that can be done online.  Certainly, all of us have had patients who request revision from abdominoplasty and the fact that you had problems after surgery may have contributed to your situation.  An exam by a surgeon is your best option at this point. 

In general, at this stage you can consider revision. As much as photos are helpful it is difficult to answer your questions without assessing the area tissues in office consultation.

From your photos, it appears that there is enough skin to accomplish what you wish.. However the laxity of the skin can only be determined by your doctor when he examines you.  I would recommend the entire scar be revised at the same time.  It is too wide.
