Will medicaid pay for a body lift or tummy tuck?

My best advice to you is to contact your Medicaid provider (perhaps Medicaid directly) and ask, but my suspicion is that the answer is no. In California, the answer is always no, regardless of medical reasons; it's simply not a covered benefit.  Good luck with your pregnancy and congratulations on your weight loss!  Also, be sure that you're done having children before you have body contouring regardless of who pays so that you can best maintain your results.

insurance. If deemed medically necessary, some insurance companies will cover a
panniculectomy on a case by case basis, but at no time an abdominoplasty. This is
