I want to get a temporal reduction to reduce the appearance of a wide head! Any suggestions?

You need to see a doctor for an exam. There is no temporal muscle reduction surgery.  If you are referring to a wide forehead, there are other methods. Hair transplant surgery can narrow the appearance of a wide forehead.

Hello, yes I agree without more information or a picture it's tough to know exactly what you mean, but to take a different route, if you feel like the actual size or diameter of your head, from temple to temple is wide, you should need to see a plastic surgeon who can more than likely help you...  perhaps you're a candidate for Botox in the temporalis muscle...  do you have TMJ or clench your jaw?  Do you chew gum (stop)?  A lot of variables here, but nothing a plastic surgeon shouldn't be able to help you out with.  Good luck!

If the front hairline is of satisfactory height, hair transplants of fine hairs, properly angled, is the treatment of choice.
