Has any doctor on here done lipo, tummy tuck and BBL on someone who has scars on their belly from surgery? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. It seems your scar extends above your belly button. The procedures you have mentioned are certainly feasible in somebody who has had prior abdominal surgery.  After undergoing a lateral tension abdominoplasty,  the scars below your belly button will likely be removed. I would recommend making sure that your J pouch and FAP is stable prior to committing to this type of an operation as to minimize the chances of needing a re operation.

Yes I have, and they typically do very nicely.  It can really help to level out the cleft that is left between the left and right sides of the tummy that so many patients hate.I trained and remain a working Plastic Surgeon at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC, so I've seen my share of J-Pouch patients (typically from Crohn's Disease, but certainly from Polyposis as well).The trick to doing these procedures is not something I am going to share here (trade secret), but I think you would be very happy with the outcome if you went ahead and had the procedure. I suggest you find a plastic surgeon in your area who has been there before, and I'm sure you will get a nice result.  Have a look at the link below.  In this case, I actually did NOT perform a tummy tuck, but I did revise her scars - including the old stomal scar which I notice you have too.  Sorry, but I don't happen to have a tummy tuck example up on my website right now.  Maybe I should put some up...Good Luck!

Might be a but risky to do that combination of procedures in one operative setting. Best to do 2 operations and be safer... 

You certain can undergo surgery, including lipo, TT, and BBL with you present scars. It is hard to tell from your pictures just how much excess skin and fat that you have. I would recommend not doing all the above procedures in one operation. With the TT, you will most likely end up with less scars, and the remaining scars will most likely be better than the ones you have presently. Obviously consult with a plastic surgeon in your area for more accurate information.
