Prior to liposuction are there any tests your surgeon will require to assess your health? E.g blood tests, a general checkup?

Your doc should get your history including your meds, allergies, past med history etc.... He/she should have your emailed  photos of the areas to be liposucioned. Labs include:  CBC, Urinalysis, PT,PTT (bleeding/clotting studies), HIV ab, Hepatitis panel. He/she can do your physical exam when you arrive or better yet the day before your surgery.
