After liposuction does the visceral fat "comes back" in some cases to different areas of the body?

I'm scheduled for a tummy tuck and liposuction next month. I've been doing research and read that in some cases, years later the visceral fat comes back, creating lumps that weren't there before. Can someone please elaborate?

and exercise is the only way to improve visceral fullness. Best Wishes

Visceral fat refers to the fat that is found in the abdominal cavity on top of the organs.  This may get larger with weight gain.

If you continue with your current diet and exercise after liposuction as you did before, there is little risk of fat returning. If you change, fat will find a way to come back either visceral (internal) or in other areas of the body. A good reason to stay on a healthy diet and regular exercise.
