Hello and thanks for your question about BBL. It's hard for me to answer your question without photos. Is it possible that the faja is cutting across your buttocks? Contrary to what many Docs say, I do not believe it helps your postop result and I would leave it off if there is any question of it making an indentation on your buttocks.Hope that's helpful!
Hello, thank you for your question. It is hard to give a recommendation without photos. Schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.
Thank you for your question. You should have your Plastic Surgeon examine the area as well as your garment. It is possible that the garment is responsible for some of the problems if it is not fitting well. You may also need some massages etc. based on your surgeon's protocol. If you wish to get better advise, please send some photographs. All The Best !
Thank you for your questions. It is hard to say without photos and not knowing what exactly is going on. You should follow up with your Plastic Surgeon to discuss your concerns. Good Luck.
I generally prefer the Fajas which cover the buttocks completely to hold the shape without creating lines. Most of the times lines are not a big issue but if the lines are deep, pushing on the fat grafted areas, and consistently in the same spot, it can cause a contour deformity as the fat in that area may be resorbed. You can ask your surgeon if you need another faja or some extra padding to place under the creased areas. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MDBoard-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Most trigger point injections should be safe to get prior to surgery. For safety, it is best to let your surgeon and anesthesiologist know what kind of medication is being injected into the trigger points to make sure you are good to go for surgery. Hope this helps! Johnson C. Lee, M...
