Is topical collagen best for dark circles under the eye?

Collagen injections or hyaluronic acid injections do work by filling the tear trough which helps in giving an effect of lighter under eye circles. Vitamin deficiency can be corrected by taking the supplements and topical application of skin lightening creams and regular chemical peels have proven to be effective for dark circles.
