Ok I'm 8 days post op mommy makeover . My left breast has always hurt more than the right... I started my breast massages yesturday morning... The top of my left breast / arm pit muscle feels like it's Charlie horsing !? What is this?! It hurts it makes my arm numb... Should I be concerned? Did I do something wrong??
